#4 Anatomy of the Knee: Positioned at the end of the longest lever in the body (the femur), the knee joint is a major weight-bearing articulation. However, this joint is vulnerable to extreme stress and strain because the powerful muscles surrounding the knee joint do not provide much direct support. In this workshop, we will explore the unique structure and function of the knee joint, and how to create stability within this articulation during asana practice.
