Spring “Break” Classes 2025 Iyengar Yoga with Jennifer Beaumont
PLEASE register in advance to reserve your place in class. You can revisit this page and register for additional classes whenever you are ready. Please email me for any cancellations of in person classes. These classes are may be HYBRID (in-person and ONLINE )or only ONLINE . In person classes are held in Ada, Michigan near Seidman Park. Address is provided upon registration. Classes that do not have enough advance interest will be cancelled, so please sign up in advance if you want a class to happen. Also, when in-person classes reach capacity, students will only be able to register for online zoom. Thank you for understanding.

Class Video Library Discounts for Current Students: Registering for 1-2 classes per week, video class library is 50% off. Recordings of missed online classes will be sent to all registered students. Students may choose to receive recording only
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Gentle/ Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Foundations
BEGINNERS New to yoga, the Iyengar Method or resuming Iyengar Yoga after a break, learning foundations to establish a practice, learning how to navigate conditions. Students with medical issues should seek doctor’s permission before beginning any exercise program or attending classes.
Continuing Iyengar Yoga
Continuing Foundational classes for experienced beginners, and experienced continuing students to focus on foundations, including remedial therapeutic applications of yoga practice to remove obstacles to yoga. Learn how to navigate problems and issues (physical/physiological/mental/emotional). For students working to establish regularity of yoga practice and study and to intensify and diversify practice. Students with medical issues should seek doctor’s permission before beginning any exercise program or attending classes.
Levels 2-4 Intermediate Iyengar Yoga
Intermediate: Students of 2 years minimum Iyengar Yoga Study with an established Iyengar Yoga practice. 1 hr. 30 minutes. Challenging practice for experienced students with a regular established Iyengar Yoga practice that includes inversions. Students have experience with navigating their problems through practice, but may need some extra guidance and direction when facing acute issues.
Levels 3-4 Exploring Iyengar Yoga Theory in Practice
Intermediate/Advanced: Challenging class for students of 5 years minimum Iyengar Yoga Study exploring an expansive range of āsana with an established, self-directed daily Iyengar Yoga practice, including inversions and pranayama. Requires Jennifer’s permission in advance. 2 hrs
