Come to the morning asana class (9am - 10:30am) and stay for this restorative, deep practice. Pranayama is the Study, Control & Regulation of the Energies of the body, the 4th Limb of Yoga. This practice helps with quieting and stabilizing the mind & emotions, regulating the physiological body (including blood pressure & stress responses), developing concentration, and understanding about the power and patterns of the breath, the diaphragm, and relaxation of the nerves.
for Level II students & up or those who have a practice including Śīrsāsana & Sarvāngāsana.
