In this two part class, learn practical approaches in asana that will help develop stability & flexibility in the shoulder joint, soften tension in the neck & upper back, and develop spaciousness in the ribcage and chest and freedom in the neck & shoulders. The second class includes inverted postures & backbends and assumes that students attended the first class.
