#5: Physiological Systems: The human body is commonly organized into 10-11 major organ systems, each composed of interrelated organs that work together to perform a specific function. A healthy body is maintained by the complex, intricate interconnection of all these physiological systems. We will discuss the basic anatomy and function of each organ system, and how certain types of asana postures and sequencing can be used to target and improve the health of these organs and organ systems.
